PRODUCT FEATURES
The Slide sofa is an innovative piece of furniture that follows the changing needs of a household. Its layout can be freely changed, to suit your daily activities. Movable seats allow you to transform a classic sofa into a corner sofa, a two-sided sofa, or even a comfortable bed. The functionality of the furniture is enhanced by clever pockets for small items. The sofa is made to order with your chosen upholstery fabric.
The Slide sofa is reversible. It can be placed in the middle of the living room as an element separating the dining area from the seating area, and can be used from both sides or sit against the wall like a classic sofa.
The piece of furniture includes 2 movable seats, finished with wide sides. Above them is a fixed backrest that runs the entire width of the sofa. Its tapered shape provides comfortable support from both sides of the sofa.
Sliding seats give many options for furniture configuration. With a slight pull-out, you can get a sofa with one or two chaise longues.
The Slide sofa also works as a daily-use bed. After the maximum extension of both seats, a sleeping area with dimensions of 113 x 200 cm is created.
Under the sofa seats, there are 2 storage areas for items like quilts, blankets, pillows, or seasonal clothing.
On the sides of the Slide sofa, there are pockets for small items. You can keep a TV remote control, newspapers, magazines, books, and even glasses for convenience.
The Slide sofa is available in different colors and types of upholstery fabrics. The full material sample book is available for look and feel at our VOX showroom.
High black legs provide convenient access to the space under the sofa for easy cleaning. On one side, they are finished with rubber wheels that make it easy to move. The set includes various pads protecting the floor against damage - just choose the right one for the type of floor.
The Slide sofa was created in Poland. It was designed by Marta Krupińska. The original piece of furniture was awarded the prestigious title of "must have" in the plebiscite organized by the Łódź Design Festival.

The actual product and fabric may differ from the pictures shown above by a maximum deviation of up to approx. 5%.
The goods are made to order and are not returnable.

MATERIAL
Durable and flexible upholstery foam, combined with bonell and wavy springs, is responsible for the softness of the seats. Such a filling works well during everyday usage.
The frame of the sofa provides solid support for the entire structure - it is made of plywood, board, and sawn timber.
The furniture stands on metal legs. The front ones should be glued with felt if the sofa is used on a wooden parquet or Teflon if the piece of furniture is placed on a carpet - the pads are included in the set.
The rear legs are fitted with rubber wheels that protect the floor from scratching.

INSTALLATION
- We offer an assembly service of upholstered furniture free of charge.
DELIVERY
- 3-5 days for items in stock. In-stock items are not returnable or refundable.
- 60-75 days for Upholstered furniture that is manufactured to the customer's order. After placing and paying for the order, it is not refundable.
- The installation service includes lift, regardless of the floor. If there are certain unforeseen architectural barriers then we might charge additional depending on the nature and complication. It will depend on specific cases. We will try our best to serve you well.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
REFUNDS POLICY
7-Day Returns – Right to Cancel
You are entitled to return your order for goods that are kept in stock, within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you.
In such an event:
- You must retain the original invoice copy and produce it upon request.
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of the date of canceling this agreement less shipping fees in both directions.
- You undertake to return the goods in their original packaged condition, un-assembled and unused, and in sellable condition.
- You inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to cancel the order and obtain a Return Authorization number from us as per the Returns Policy below.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Orders Department: customercare@voxfurniture.ae
- As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched; if your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept returns on in-stock products according to the Right To Cancel Policy.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.
- ORIGINAL COPY OF INVOICE must be presented.
- Products must be in their original condition, un-assembled, unused, and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Flat-pack items can only be returned if they have not been assembled or removed from the original packaging.
- You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidize, discount, or absorb additional costs.
- Personally inspect the packaging and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If you have not opened the packages please write the words “unchecked” next to your name on the delivery note.
- Please report any shortages or damages within 48 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion.
- Any returned items must be in the original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable similar packaging if they came in unlabeled boxes. Please e-mail us first to obtain your return authorization number, (RA number) should you wish to return goods with defects or that have been damaged in transit. Include your RA# on the shipping label only, please. Packages without an RA# will be refused, unfortunately. Please do not write on the box or deface the product packaging.
- Any approved returns will be shipped via our couriers free of charge as covered by the shipping insurance against damage in transit. We will take responsibility for booking the collection with our couriers. Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturer defect or damage caused during transit. Items that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same or similar item at no charge, subject to stock availability.
If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 by VOX Furniture Trading LLC. Thereafter it may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account, depending on the issuing bank.Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- In case, a wrong product was delivered to you.
- In case, the product delivered to you was defective, faulty, or damaged. In this case, all the conditions of RETURN POLICIES will be applicable.
- 100% of your money will be returned, in case:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged or faulty product.
- If you simply change your mind:
- You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidize, discount, or absorb additional costs.
- You may buy something else for the same amount within the next 3 months of the original invoice date. Such credit note will not be applicable on items on promotion.
Exceptions:
- Showroom pieces on display are not eligible for any return or refund.
- If, under avoidable circumstances, the sold pieces must be returned, then there will be a surplus charge for the return and transportation of the product.
- Products sold at an additional discount than that is already advertised are not eligible for any return or refund.
- Customized products once ordered are not eligible for any return or refund.
