What the Clients Wanted
The homeowners came to us with clear goals. They wanted both villas to have a modern, high-end appearance that would age well. The properties needed to look coordinated—almost like mirror images—while using materials that wouldn't require constant maintenance in the UAE climate.

Our Design Approach
We chose the Golden Oak finish from our Fronto slat panel collection. This wooden-look texture gives you the warmth and elegance of natural wood without the maintenance headaches. It's contemporary enough to feel modern but has a timeless quality that won't look dated in five or ten years.
The Installation Plan
For the Facades
We installed the Fronto panels vertically. This creates clean, elongated lines that make the buildings look taller and more impressive. The panels have a 3D effect—there's actual depth between the slats that creates interesting shadows throughout the day as the sun moves.
For the Ceilings
