No. All five panel systems, Idevo, SPC, Linerio, MPC, and Soform, install directly over existing tiles and painted walls. No demolition, no tile-breaking, no extended downtime. Can your installers train my contractors instead of doing the installation themselves?
Yes. If you have your own contractors and would prefer to keep the installation in-house, one of our installers can train them on-site. How long does installation take?

Are the panels suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
Idevo and SPC are 100% waterproof and rated for direct water contact including shower enclosures and kitchen splashbacks. Linerio and MPC are moisture-resistant and suitable for bathroom environments, though we recommend Idevo or SPC for surfaces inside shower enclosures specifically. Soform is suitable for dry bathroom walls where it will not be directly exposed to water or steam.
Will the panels damage my walls if removed?
Soform panels installed with Velcro tape remove without leaving wall damage, which makes them a good option for operators who lease their property and need to return it in its original condition. Adhesive-installed panels (Idevo, SPC, Linerio, MPC) are permanent in practice and would need professional removal, though the tiles beneath remain undamaged.
Can I see the panels before ordering?

How are the panels cleaned between guest stays?
Idevo and SPC wipe clean with a damp cloth and standard household cleaner. The absence of grout lines significantly reduces cleaning time between guests. Linerio and MPC clean with a soft damp cloth or a light vacuum along the slat channels. Soform fabric panels are spot-cleaned with a dry or lightly damp cloth; Sand Matt and Velvet finishes handle routine cleaning without marking or deteriorating.
Can I install panels if I lease rather than own the apartment?
This depends on your landlord, but in most cases a panel installation that goes over existing tiles without breaking them is acceptable, since the property can be returned to its original condition. Soform on Velcro leaves no trace when removed and requires no landlord approval in practice.
