• Furniture items ABOVE AED 2500 before or after discount: Free delivery and installation of furniture to main city centers: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah.
• Furniture items BELOW AED 2500 before or after discount: Additional charges apply. Delivery charges vary from Emirate to Emirate in UAE.
• Remote areas will incur an additional delivery surcharge. Whether a certain area can be termed as 'remote' or not will be decided from case to case basis.
• Furniture will be delivered to your physical address. Our team will install it free of cost. You may choose to assemble it by yourself too, if you wish.
• We offer free installation services for furniture. Depending on the timings of delivery, this may be done the same day or later days.
• Additional charges apply for delivery & installation of building materials like wall, ceiling & façade panels, flooring, skirting: For delivery and installation of building materials like decorative wall panels - indoors and outdoors, flooring, skirtings and ceilings, additional charges apply as per the quantities and scope of work needed. This is discussed and decided with the buyers.
• Additional charges for delivery apply for loose decorative items, furniture pieces and any other item that is less than AED 2500 in value before or after discounted price. You may choose to collect it yourself from our store or the warehouse. We would be happy to assist in case you need help.

Shipping times:

All products are manufactured in Poland and shipped here. This process takes 90 days approximately. Those in stock, are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery hours are between Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Please note that orders are only delivered once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared. We accept online payment made through our website and payments made in store.

Delivery charges may increase if:

a) The delivery boys/ installers have to deliver the goods above a second floor by stairs (in case there is not elevator in the building).
b) The delivery boys/ installers supplies extra services at the Customer’s request.
c) The stairs, lifts or doorways at which the delivery boys/ installers must uplift or deliver the Customer’s goods are inadequate for easy delivery or the road or approach are unsuitable for their vehicles, unless the Customer advised us in writing of these problems before we prepared the quotation;
d) The room is not cleared for delivery to take place.
